Made some new scales for Old Hick 'kephart'

This is another knife that, once I used it, I said "what the heck took me so long?". It's a simple Old Hickory 7" butcher knife that I cut down and re-ground the edge on. It's got a pretty good convex edge now but I need to drop the shoulders a little more on the paper wheels. Anyway, after using the original (which had the original scales) and enjoying it, I enjoyed it a little too much. The scales came loose from some light batoning since they're only held on by some sissy pins and no glue. So I dug around my knife stuff and found maple burl that needed a home. It has some imperfections from shaping, but feels really good now. Brass pins and linseed oil finish.
